What is the difference between individual and group sessions?
Group sessions have the advantage of benefiting from collective energy and can be a good opportunity to socialize, exchange views and experience about the practice of Face Yoga. Participants can also work in pairs, which brings the advantage of observing each other through the eyes of the partner. This kind of interaction is important because the way we perceive ourselves is most often very different from the way others see us.
Individual sessions have the advantage of working with each participant, according to his wishes and needs.
The working methodology is also slightly different. During the individual sessions, we have the time to draw up work records and monitor the progress over a month. Specifically, we take pictures before we start the Face Yoga practice, then see how things evolved in two weeks, or after a month of practice. This documented monitoring allows us to make the necessary adjustments in practice so that to get the best results.

Depending on your needs and time availability, any mix of the above-mentioned class varieties can be made, and the offer will be determined accordingly.
What are the workshops?
Workshops are meetings with a larger number of participants who aim to make an introduction in Face Yoga. They comprise a theoretical section, followed by practice. The theoretical part presents the Face Yoga method, the principles behind and the mechanisms through which it works.
Face Yoga practice includes either poses designed in sequences covering all face and neck muscles (general toning) or poses that focus on areas of the face or on specific issues (specific workshops). The duration of the workshops may vary between 1.5 and 3 hours.
Here are just a few examples of workshops:
- specially designed for people who have office work and spend a lot of time in front of computers
- which include Face Yoga practice augmented with specific exercises to correct the posture (opening the chest and straightening the back)
- which include, besides the practice of Face Yoga a Life Style section
- which include Face Yoga and anti-aging strategies section
Classes and workshops can be held in Romanian and / or English.
