For many years, the most important thing in my life was the professional activity. I invested into it long hours, energy and dedication. First, I attended the Faculty of Fine Mechanics, then, a few years later, an MBA at a British university. Professional experience has been diverse and in many areas of activity, but for the past 17 years I held management positions in the financial services industry.
I’ve decided that 2017 will represent the final year for this kind of professional journey and a year of refresh. I wanted to offer myself a chance to explore more deeply an area that really concerns and passions me at this stage of my life; it’s what I call “smart aging.”
This is a combination of prevention and lifestyle that can slow down the aging process and make it more graceful, healthier and enjoyable.
The story begins 13 years ago, when, due to some serious health problems, I realized that I need to find myself the appropriate methods and mechanisms that create a fair balance between the throbbing pace of life given by a demanding job, a tedious and polluted city, and the tranquillity we all need in order to keep our balance, the physical and emotional health.
I have learned, through tough experience, that preventing is easier and cheaper than healing and I have decided to experiment with myself the concept of self-care.
I’ve always strongly believed that the investments in ourselves are the most valuable, so I ‘ve kept attending various personal development, alternative therapies and integrative medicine courses and symposiums, with the desire to understand and integrate their principles and benefits in my daily life.
I restarted long-forgotten sportive activities, I started practicing yoga and meditation and found that by doing all these things, my physical health, state of mind and spirit are getting better and better.
And this is how I developed a genuine interest in everything that might give us the chance for healthy and harmonious aging.
I am constantly searching for additional information, methods and discoveries that can help us in this process of staying young, regardless of age, and this is how I discovered Face Yoga.
I liked the simplicity and honesty of the method so much, and I was so impressed by the results that practitioners from other countries have obtained, that I ‘ve decided to become a certified teacher, so that I can share this knowledge with people who, like me , want to maintain or regain their tone, state of well-being and beauty using natural, non-invasive, painless ways, for a fair price.
